Oldham Boxing presents an evening of amateur boxing

Ten years on and still fighting. OBPDC, currently based at the  Victoria House Centre on Greaves Street, has delivered pioneering pieces of community-based work for all residents of Oldham to get involved in not just Amateur Boxing, an exciting fitness inducing sport, but also the chance to participate in accredited training opportunities and personal development classes.

It’s the start of Oldham Boxing and Personal Development Centre’s ten-year celebrations. On the 25^th November, Oldham Boxing and Personal Development Centre, Oldham’s only Sport England affiliated club, is hosting an amateur show to showcase the talents of Oldham’s youngsters. In partnership with Oldham Community Leisure, the evening will provide Oldham with a glimpse of the town’s boxing prospects in a build up to Tokyo 2020.
